Quality Ingredients
Our cookies are homemade from scratch in small batches, just like our Grandparents did!  We use ingredients you can pronounce - eggs, flour, sugar, and of course... butter! What you would consider real food.  No artificial ingredients, fillers, additives, or preservatives. Great baked goods start with the best ingredients, and there is no substitute for the flavor of real butter!

And let's talk more about Butter...
As you would expect from the name, we use real butter. No blends that call themselves butter. Blends contain cheap vegetable oils such as margerine and shortening, which are almost always "hydrogenated" or "partially hydrogenated". They are otherwise known as the very harmful "trans fats" you hear about, and they have no business being in any cookie! You've probably heard all the bad about margerine and shortening, but have you heard of all the health benefits of real butter? Real butter contains vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids that protect against heart disease and cancer.

• Vitamins - a rich source of easily absorbed vitamin A, needed for a wide range of functions (from maintaining good vision to keeping the endocrine system in top shape). Butter also contains all the other fat-soluble vitamins (D, E and K2), which are often lacking in the modern diet.
• Minerals - rich in important trace minerals, including manganese, chromium, zinc, copper, iodine, and selenium (a powerful antioxidant). Butter provides more selenium per gram than wheat germ or herring.
• Fatty Acids - short- and medium-chain fatty acids, which support immune function, boost metabolism and have anti-microbial properties (they fight against pathogenic microorganisms in the intestinal tract). Butter also provides the perfect balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fats. Arachidonic acid in butter is important for brain function, skin health and prostaglandin balance.

How are the packages sent?
All packages are sent insured by either US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery or UPS Ground. All packages are scheduled to ship according to our Shipping Policy.
