Really good!

My Mother used to make the nut and poppyseed versions of this pastry. I never knew the proper name for them, always knew them as a ‘roll’. Hers were excellent and she was a great baker and cook but yours even exceeds hers. The dough is firm yet somewhat flaky and the fillings are more than generous. I thought I would never taste this again as the recipes I had grown up with were long since misplaced or lost. Until I found you guys and gals. God bless you for what you do and for bringing back a smile and a memory I thought were gone. Your product is sooooo good and is like getting a warm hug with a lot of love.

Your kolachi rolls have the best tender, thin and not too sweet crusts. Nice and soft and so easy to take a bite. This apple walnut filling is one of the best I’ve tried from you. It should be a “keeper!”
