| What does baked "homemade from scratch" mean? |
| We make our baked goods like our grandparents did, in small batches with real ingredients - eggs, flour, sugar, and of course...butter! What you would consider real food... no artificial ingredients. No dough from a factory. No "just add water" mixes. No fillers, additives, preservatives. |

| How much does shipping cost? |
| Shipping charges are calculated by weight, distance, and shipping speed. They are actual UPS / USPS rates. We do not mark them up for profit. Please see more Shipping information. |
| I don't need my order until a certain date. When should I order? |
| There's no need to wait to place your order. You can schedule a ship date at checkout. Please see more Shipping information. |
| How should I store your products? |
| Since no chemical additives or preservatives are in our products, freezing is the best natural preservative. We know some of you are cringing right now, but most products will keep for up to six months in the freezer. Compared to high processed commercial baked goods - they have preservatives to keep them fresh, but what are you keeping fresh? Filled with very little real flavor, heavy on fillers, artificial flavors & colors - to make them look and taste like real food. You can also refrigerate our products. Many product listings have storage information. Feel free to ask our recommendation. |
| I don't see a product you make on your website, can I still order it? |
| We'll sure try! Not every item is listed on our website. We may not be able to ship every item, but shoot us an email and we'll try to work it out. |
| Do you sell gift cards / certificates? |
| Yes. You can purchase Gift Certificates here, valid for our Online Store. We also have Gift Cards available, valid at our Retail Locations. Gift Cards can also be purchased at all retail locations. |
| I'm concerned about giving my credit card online, can I pay by phone? |
| Yes, if you are skeptical about placing your order online, you may place your order over the phone at either Retail Location - during regular business hours. |
| Can I pay by check or money order? |
| Yes, we welcome checks or money orders. Orders are processed 10 days after receiving your payment in the mail. They are then scheduled to ship according to our policy listed on our Shipping page. Please place your order online. Select "Send Check or Money Order" at the payment options. |
