| What does baked "homemade from scratch" mean ? |
| We make our baked goods like our grandparents did, in small batches with real ingredients - flour, sugar, eggs... What you would consider real food, no artificial ingredients. No dough from a factory. No mixes you add water to. No fillers, additives, preservatives. |

| I don't need my order until a certain date. When should I order? |
| There's no need to wait to place your order. You can schedule a shipment date at checkout. Please see more shipping information. |

| Can I freeze your products? |
| The majority of our products freeze very well. Many of our customers buy in bulk to save on shipping. Feel free to ask our recommendation. |

| How long do your cookies keep? |
| Every cookie is different, but most stay fresh for about two weeks. |

| I don't see a product you make on your website, can I still order it? |
| Yes. Not every item is listed on our website. We may not be able to ship every item, but give us a call and we'll try to work it out. |

| Do you sell gift cards / certificates? |
| Yes. We have gift cards that can be redeemed at our retail locations, or we can mail / email the recipient a gift certificate code to be used on our website. Please contact us to order. |

| Can I pay by check or money order? |
| Yes, we welcome checks or money orders. Orders are shipped 10-14 days after receiving payment. For the fastest shipment, please send a US Post Office Money Order. Please contact us with your order first. |
