If you don't know a soldier in active duty and still want to support our troops, we have names of soldiers to send to. In the "Find Me A Soldier" drop down menu select "Yes" - and we'll find you a hungry group of soldiers! The packing slip will be sent completely anonymous, other than what you choose to write as a Gift Message. You can enter your gift message at checkout, and it will appear exactly as you type it.

Join our "Care Package Of The Month" Club!
What's better than treating your soldier to homemade cookies every month? ... Being able to create your own Club! We don't force you to buy a years worth of cookies, or have our "flavor of the month" as your only cookie flavor option. You tell us what cookie flavors you want, and for how many months! You can change your cookie flavors by the month if you'd like! Your soldiers shipping address will likely change too, which we can edit for you at any time - including back to the U.S.

So, how do I order? Simply select "Yes" in the "Join Our Cookie Of The Month Club" drop down menu above. For every quantity you select below it, we add a month to your Club. And for a limited time, for every 6 months you order the 7th month is FREE! Let us know when to ship your first order by selecting the date at checkout. Your second month of cookies ship out the first non holiday Tuesday or Wednesday of every month, and can be adjusted to better follow the first months date. If at any time you want to change the flavors, simply send us an email.

Can this package be shipped to a residential U.S. address?
Absolutely! Your soldier doesn't have to be in Afghanistan to enjoy homemade cookies!

How are the packages sent?
All APO/FPO/DPO packages are sent insured via the US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Government regulations do not permit delivery services such as UPS / FedEx to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses outside the U.S.  USPS Priority Mail delivery outside of the U.S. requires customs paperwork, which Butter Maid Bakery handles for you. Shipping to non APO/FPO/DPO addresses in the U.S. may be sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground according to our Shipping Policy.

When will the package arrive?
All packages are scheduled to ship according to our Shipping Policy. For packages going to soldiers stationed in the U.S. - normal delivery times apply (2-3 Day USPS Priority Mail). For soldiers stationed overseas - government regulations require that packages be mailed through USPS, and are then sent to the Military Postal Service Agency for delivery. You should allow a minimum of two weeks for normal overseas delivery.

Will the cookies arrive fresh?
There are many products in our store that we will not ship overseas, but the selection listed passed the test. A two week old cookie would not be our first choice, we're used to tasting our cookies right out of the oven! Can't beat them! However, because they are so rich, they take forever to dry out. They still taste great over a month later! Our testers chose our 4 week old gourmet cookies over the 2 week old competition, and we're confident your soldier would too!

What cookie flavor would you recommend?
We have had no known issues to date, but due to the extreme heat in some Military regions we recommend the Gourmet M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies. Let's not forget, when M&M's were invented they were sold exclusively to the military during World War II.  The candy that melts in your mouth, not in your care package.

How do I know my package will be delivered?
Since all packages are forwarded to Overseas Military Mail for delivery, it's not possible for us to verify delivery or obtain a return receipt. You are shipping at your own risk. However, we do ship with insurance - so you will be covered if the package is lost. It is imperative that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We cannot be responsible for packages returned to us or delivered to the incorrect address.
