| We take pride in all of our baked goods. Shipping to all 50 states since 2006, we make every effort to assure your order arrives in excellent condition. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, that it will arrive fresh and on time. Timely delivery is crucial to your perishable order. Although our carriers are very reliable, from time to time packages do get lost or arrive late. We offer one of the following when you notify us of a problem (based on the delivered date): | ||

| What is my responsibility as a buyer? Please track your package and make sure someone is home to receive it, it contains perishable baked goods. If sending a gift, please make sure the recipient knows to expect a package. All orders that provide a valid email address will receive tracking and an email with an expected arrival date. You can also track your package by logging into your account. A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the delivery driver and depending on your location) and or based on the value of the order. If no signature is required, please make sure your package does not sit outside all day in warm weather or direct sunlight. We cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or other such delivery events beyond our control, and they will not be covered under our Quality Guarantee. If the receiver may not be home for the package delivery, we highly recommend shipping to an alternate address such as a workplace. When heat exceeds 80°F, consume or refrigerate immediately to discourage spoilage. It is imperative that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We cannot be responsible for packages returned to us or delivered to the incorrect address. |
