Please see our Shipping Policy for more information. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, that it will arrive fresh and on time. Timely delivery is crucial to your perishable order. Although our carriers are very reliable, from time to time packages do get lost or arrive late. We offer one of the following when you notify us of a problem (based on the delivered date):
 
  • Delivery Date - full refund, free replacement, or store credit
  • Up To 10 Days - free replacement, or store credit
  • After 10 Days - resolution at our discretion
 
What is my responsibility as a buyer?
Please track your package, it contains perishable baked goods.  All orders that provide a valid email address will receive tracking. You can also track your package by logging into your account.

Please make sure someone is home to receive the package. Please make sure your package does not sit outside all day in warm weather or direct sunlight. If you may not be home to receive the package, we highly recommend shipping to an alternate address such as your place of work. When heat exceeds 80°F, consume or refrigerate immediately to discourage spoilage. We cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or other such events beyond our control, and they will not be covered under our quality guarantee.
