| When will my order ship? Shipment days are Mon - Wed with no more than 4 day delivery methods available to any location. Please allow up to 3 days (most orders are ready sooner) to receive your order in our system, bake it fresh and deliver your package to the carrier. Orders will not ship if they can't reach their destination by the weekend. Any such order will automatically be shipped fresh the following week. Special requests to ship over the weekend or Thursday / Friday may be available, please request at checkout. If not possible, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered other options or a full refund. However, any such shipments sent over the weekend will not be covered under our Quality Guarantee with regard to arriving fresh. | Will my order arrive fresh? I live in the UPS Ground 4 Day zone. We take great pride in the quality of our products, and take extra measures to assure they arrive fresh. All of our products ship safely in 4 days or less transit time. Orders are not sent unless they will reach you by the weekend. If you live in the 4 day zone, your order will only be sent on a Monday so it reaches you by Friday. If you would rather have it sooner, USPS Priority is a great option. USPS Priority ships to the UPS Ground 4 day zone in 2-3 days, for the same price or a little more. |
| What is my responsibility as a buyer? Please track your package, it contains perishable baked goods. All orders that provide a valid email address will receive tracking. You can also track your package by logging into your account. Please make sure someone is home to receive the package. Please make sure your package does not sit outside all day in warm weather or direct sunlight. If you may not be home to receive the package, we highly recommend shipping to an alternate address such as your place of work. When heat exceeds 80°F, consume or refrigerate immediately to discourage spoilage. We cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or other such events beyond our control, and they will not be covered under our Quality Guarantee. |
