Will my order arrive fresh?
We take great pride in the quality of our products, and take extra measures to assure they arrive fresh. Some product measures have included special packaging, vacuum sealing, even enhanced recipes. With over 7 years experience shipping to all 50 states, and now overseas to U.S. soldiers, you can be confident your order will arrive fresh with any carrier speed available at checkout.

When will my order ship?
Since all orders are baked fresh upon order placement, please allow up to 3 days (most orders are ready sooner) to have your order baked, properly cooled, packaged and/or vacuum sealed, and delivered to the carrier. Shipment days are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Special requests to ship on Thursday and Friday may be available, please request at checkout. If not possible, you will be notified and offered other options or you may cancel the order.

When will my order arrive?
We send personal hand typed emails upon order shipment to notify you when your package will arrive. To ensure you receive all order communication from us, please add us to your email contacts and check your spam folder. Please find your estimated shipment date above, then add your selected shipping speed. Please take into account carrier work days and holidays, found above. Do I need to be home to sign for the package?
Please track your package and make sure someone is home to receive it, it contains perishable baked goods. If sending a gift, please make sure the recipient knows to expect a package. All orders that provide a valid email address will receive tracking and an email with an expected arrival date. You can also track your package by logging into your account. A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the delivery driver and depending on your location) and or based on the value of the order. If no signature is required, please make sure your package does not sit outside all day in warm weather or direct sunlight. We cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or other such delivery events beyond our control, and they will not be covered under our Quality Guarantee. If the receiver may not be home for the package delivery, we highly recommend shipping to an alternate address such as a workplace. When heat exceeds 80°F, consume or refrigerate immediately to discourage spoilage. It is imperative that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We cannot be responsible for packages returned to us or delivered to the incorrect address.
