Allergies & Dietary Preferences
Butter Maid Bakery makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. Our products may have come in contact with all types of food allergies including but not limited to nuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, and eggs. Customers concerned with food allergies and dietary preferences need to be aware of this risk. Butter Maid Bakery will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our products. The buyer is responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for the end user.

Shipping Policy
Butter Maid Bakery bakes your product fresh upon receipt of your order. We ask for up to 3 business days to deliver your product to the carrier. To avoid products sitting in transit over the weekend, we typically only ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays unless specifically requested by the buyer, and agreed to by Butter Maid Bakery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to select proper shipping methods to receive their products by their desired date. We make every effort in packaging your order properly for shipment. However, Butter Maid Bakery cannot be responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. We do offer a quality guarantee on all UPS shipping methods. Please see more information on our Shipping and Guarantee pages. All items purchased from Butter Maid Bakery are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
